The 30kg Adjustable Weighted Vest has 12 inserts – each of them weighing about 2.5 kg, so you can freely adjust its weight in the range of up to 30 kg to the exercise and your training progress.
All inserts are secured with strong Velcro, so they do not move or fall out during exercise. Each cartridge is filled with a special ball-shaped granulate, thanks to which the inserts are soft and adapt to the shape of the body.
The weight vest can be used both by professional athletes of various sports and during recreational training. Its function is an additional load on the muscles during physical activity, which significantly accelerates the training effects. Weight vests are recommended, among others, in training:

The regulation of the length of the vest allows it to be adjusted to the height of the trainee, ensuring high training comfort.
In all DBX Bushido vests we use a new, even stronger model of Cordura. This material is extremely durable and resistant to damage. It is made of, among others clothing for motorcyclists, mountaineering backpacks and even bulletproof vests. From the inside, the vest has been trimmed with soft foam and a pleasant to the touch thermo-permeable material, thanks to which the vest does not cause abrasions during training.
