The Double Reflex Ball DBX-1153 is a more advanced variation of traditional boxing balls. Thanks to 2 impact zones arranged at different heights, it allows you to inflict blows at different heights, simulating hits at the height of the head and torso.
Regular training on the reflex ball will allow you to improve:

The shape of the presented reflex ball has been designed in such a way as to enable training of strokes at 2 different heights, simulating real boxing combinations used in combat.
The ball is 56 cm high and 20 cm in diameter, which ensures comfortable and effective training.
The reflex ball is finished on both sides with handles enabling quick mounting of expanders. The handles are connected inside the ball with tapes around the entire ball, guaranteeing the durability of the device and resistance to damage.
In the set with the ball, you get a set of 2 mounting extenders that allow you to attach the ball in a room with a height of 180 – 300 cm. Each expander is equipped with a durable hook made of damage-resistant material. The construction of each of the hooks was made in such a way as to prevent their unfastening during training.
