While we are sure you will be 100% satisfied with our products, if for any reason you decide to cancel your order and/or chose to return an item, you can do so within 14 days from the day the item was delivered to you. To do so, please contact us within 14 days via email (contact@homegymstore.ie), we will send you a confirmation email with the address to where you can post your return to. Alternatively we can arrange a courier to collect your return for an additional fee of €12.99 per parcel (maximum weight of each parcel is 30kg). Strictly, we can only accept returns on unused items. Once we receive your returned item we will issue you your refund, deducting the cost of postage – €12.99 per parcel. A refund will be credited back to the card you used to purchase the item.
